The home built in 1920 consists of multiple buildings — the Tudor style residence with an indoor pool, shingled barn, Dutch colonial multi-family dwelling, a guest house, and several smaller sheds, and a workshop.

They all need some TLC and some serious restoration work, the listing says.

But the home seems perfect for the outdoorsy types. It's near Gedney Farm, Old Inn on the Green, and Southfield Store, and just minutes from Butternut and Great Barrington if you're looking to ski.

It also provides some of the best views in Western Massachusetts and hundreds of acres to wander.
